Edit: Fixed by deleting the launcherprofiles.json file from. jar version you're using is the most up to date for your Minecraft version, given your mods allow that (I've had it happen before where certain mods don't work with newer versions of forge). I dont have any other versions of Forge installed, so I cant figure out what could be causing this issue. If it still doesn't work, maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling Curse Forge. All I can suggest after that is perhaps making a brand new, clean instance, then trying to put all of the mods in that new folder that generates. And, if the mod had separate server files, that you have the client file installed, and not the server file. jar version for your specific version of minecraft installed. Also make sure all of the mod files are indeed ".jar" files, and make sure you downloaded them from the right place, either curse forge or another trustworthy source. But I'm not sure entirely what you mean, like the mods aren't showing up in the folder? On Curse forge? In the Game while you're playing? Also, make sure they are in the right folder, all lowercase "mods" inside the main instance folder. Maybe send a picture of your issue? Blurring out any private details of course.
